1. How to connect to Enviropacific office and guest Wi-Fi?
Enviropacific WiFi Networks have been set up as follows:
Enviropacific Corp WiFi
- This WiFi network is for the Enviropacific Staff only
- You can connect to Enviropacific Corp Wifi using your Enviropacific username and password.
This will give you secure access to the company network and servers
Enviropacific Guest WiFi
- This internet-only WiFi network is set up for Enviropacific guests
- Guests can sign up on a web browser and connect to the Enviropacific Guest WiFi

2. How to set up and sync work contacts on my iPhone?

3. How to report Spam email / Suspect spam email?
If you receive a suspect email; first step is to not open the attachments or link in the email.

Email First Focus at support@firstfocus.com.au and attach the suspect email as an attachment. First Focus Support team will review the email header and block the sender if required.
- If by any chance you have opened the attachments/ clicked on the spam email link, reset your Enviropacific accounts password as soon as possible, call support on 1300 104 193 immediately and ask them to take necessary steps to protect your Enviropacific account.
First Focus Support team will also send a report of spam tickets to the Enviropacific ICT Team
4. What applications Enviropacific have and who do I contact for support for those applications?

5. How to get access to specific F: Drive folder, email distribution list, shared mailbox, or software?
To get additional access send First Focus an email at support@firstfocus.com.au requesting access by giving the specific folder path, email id or software account details
They will get required approvals and will give you access accordingly.
6. Who do I contact if I’m not receiving the service expected from First Focus IT and my request is urgent?
If your request is a priority, please lodge your ticket over the phone. If you are not receiving the service required, please contact Enviropacific ICT team
7. What is F drive and how do I access F drive?
F drive is our company cloud server where you store the working files. Every department has their own folder, access to department folders is given by default during onboarding. If a user wants to access a different departments folder is provided after getting approval from the respective divisions manager.
To get access to your respective F drive folder or shared folder, first get permission from your reporting manager and then send your request to First Focus via email. Make sure to share the folder link or mention specific folder name and path in your request to get the right access.
8. How can I request additional / replacement IT hardware?
After you have approval from your reporting manager, please contact ICT Administrative Assistant on ictteam@enviropacific.com.au to request an additional or replacement device.
9. What is included in Enviropacific Telstra mobile plan?
The Enviropacific Telstra Plan will give you the following benefits, the international calls/roaming service will be barred unless there is a work requirement. The usage must be in line with the ICT Acceptable Use Policy.
- Free National calls/SMS
- 40GB monthly data
10. How to organize a new toner for the Kyocera office printer?
There should be a sticker on the printer with the device serial number and support contact number.
Call that number and mention the serial number to get a new toner for the colours we are running low on.
11. How do I access Enviropacific Network via VPN?
To access Enviropacific network externally, you will be required to VPN into the Network, but is restricted to Enviropacific laptops only.
Prerequisites to access VPN: Your Enviropacific laptop must have an OpenVPN application on the desktop. Please call the 24/7 First Focus support on 1300 104 193 if you cannot locate it.
To connect to the VPN on your laptop, you must be connected to the internet via an external network (i.e. Mobile hotspot, Home Wi-Fi), then do the following:

Locate the pre-installed OpenVPN app on your desktop and open it.

The first time you login to OpenVPN app, you will need to enter VPN URL - vpn.enviropacific.com.au, your company credentials (username and password)
If you have logged in via OpenVPN app earlier, just enter your password to connect

Click on slide button to start the VPN connection.

To disconnect, open the OpenVPN application and click on the slide button again.

If you have recently changed your laptop password, you must put your new password in OpenVPN to connect.

12. How do I use conferencing facilities?
For video conferencing, please use Microsoft Teams. This is installed on your machine and is licensed for use with Office 365. Teams lets you add up to 250 people to an online meeting.
Skype for Business can be used if you received a Skype meeting invite from a 3rd party.

Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent chat capabilities, video conferencing, file sharing, and integration with other Office 365 apps - Outlook, OneDrive etc
Teams can be accessed from the web browser, a desktop application, or a mobile app.
Guest access is allowed, which means that users from other organisation (Clients, Contractors) can be invited to an Enviropacific Teams meeting without the need for an Office365 license at their end.
With Teams, you can conduct one-on-one or group audio and video calls. You can share screens or files during web conferencing, schedule meetings, and record meetings.
2. How to Sign in and get started with Teams?

Start Teams.
In Windows, click Start > Microsoft Teams. You can also search Teams on “Type here to search” and select Teams app
On mobile, install Teams app from App store and tap the Teams icon.

Sign in with your word Enviropacific Email ID and password.
3. How to setup a Teams meeting?
Microsoft Outlook calendar view includes the Teams add-in, which lets you create new Teams meetings directly from Outlook. It also lets people view, accept, or join meetings in either app.
To schedule a meeting, open Outlook and choose calendar view
1. Click New Teams Meeting at the top of the view.
2. Add Title, required attendees, meeting time, notes and click ‘Send'
4. How to Join a Teams meeting?
If you have received a Teams meeting invite, join a Microsoft Teams meeting from your Outlook/Teams calendar, via dial-in number and conference ID, or sign in as a guest on the web.
Join a Teams meeting from the app
1. Open the Teams meeting invite, select Join.
2. You have two choices:
Join Microsoft Teams Meeting: Enter a meeting from your Teams meeting invite.
Dial-in number and conference ID: Use these if you need to call into the meeting.
3. Choose the audio and video settings you want.
4. Select Join now.
Join a Teams meeting on the web
1. In your email invite, select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting.
You can also use a dial-in number and conference ID from the email to call in.
2. You have two choices:
o Download the Windows app: Download the Teams app.
o Join on the web instead: Join a Teams meeting on the web.
3. If you select to join via web, type in your name and select Join now.
If you have a Teams account, select sign in to view the meeting chat and more.
4. Choose the audio and video settings you want.
5. Depending on meeting settings, you'll go to a lobby where attendees can admit you.
5. What is the Video Conference Etiquette?
A few simple things can make for a better experience as we work remotely:
- Make sure all participants know about the conference well in advance; book ahead
- If possible, conduct a dry run with at least one presenter the day before if you are new to Teams.
- Be on time
- Mute yourself when not speaking
- Use the Video function at least when speaking
- Look into the camera
- Wear appropriate clothing
- If you're sharing your screen, zoom into the content by pressing Control-key and using your mouse scroll wheel.
- Have the right light
- Pay attention
6. How to setup a meeting for large audiences?
If you would like to organise a meeting for more than 250 people, use “Live Events”.
Live events are an extension of Teams meetings that enable you to schedule and produce events that stream to large online audiences - up to 10,000 people.
- Only Administrator can create a Live event; First Focus Support will create a Live event link for you based on request and ICT approval
- If you are going to organise a live event – refer Get started with live events to get trained
- If you're new to live events, check out What are Teams live events? and Plan for Teams live events.
You should send request to First Focus if they would like to create a new Team.
New Teams will be created based on the organisational structure and for Projects and Tenders as per the tickets logged with First Focus Support.

13. How to get technical assistance
There are three different ways for getting IT support from HelpDesk
- Portal: Using the ‘F-Connect’ application installed on your computer
- Email: Email to support@firstfocus.com.au
- Phone: Call 1300 104 193
We request that all Priority issues are logged over the phone.

14. How to update email signature
We now have a new email signature application (Exclaimer Signature Cloud) that will automatically assign the company standard signature to your emails. The signature will be taken from the employee list maintained by the HR team. For any changes, please reach out to our HR Coordinator - Danni Formella.
Please be aware that you won't see the new signature until after you've sent an email. Once sent, you can verify the signature by reviewing your sent items. This new feature applies to emails sent via Outlook desktop and Outlook mobile app.
15. How to update contact details
The contact details stored in Enviropacific’s Employee List is used to update your signature, My Enviro contact list, Enviropacific Microsoft account, and other company applications.

16. How to upload a profile picture
To update your profile photo on company applications such as Outlook, Skype for Business, My Enviro etc, kindly follow the instructions below:
Photo Requirements
The photo needs to be within the following dimensions
- The thumbnail photo size limit is 100K
- The recommended size is 96 x 96 pixels
Please fix the size of the photo to be within the parameters above.

To Upload Image
- Go to our shared folder (\\eps-aus-dc01\ADUpdate\Intranet Setup\Photos EMP_ID)
- Add your picture to this folder with the file name as your Employee ID.
- If you want to double check your Employee ID, please check with the list on \\eps-aus-dc01\ADUpdate\Intranet Setup\Photos EMP_ID\EmployeeListGrouped.csv
17. How to get new hardware or software
Procurement of standard company-provided hardware or software requires the approval of Department heads and the ICT Manager in line with the Limits of Authority and capital expenditure requirements.

19. How do I check mobile data usage on work phone?
Enviropacific mobile plans are pooled and Individual plans comes with the base 6GB data per month. We recommend users to track and monitor their data usage. Please ensure you are familiar with the ICT Acceptable Use Procedure.
There are two ways for mobile users to view the data usage.
- Send an SMS with the word USE to 176
Once the SMS is sent the user will receive a reply text message advising how much data their service number have used. - Via the Telstra 24x7 App without signing in
Download then open the Telstra 24x7 App on a smartphone to view the usage
Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Download 24x7 App and turn on Mobile data
Step 2: Select “Skip” from the top right-hand corner
Step 3: Now you will be able to see the data usage

22. How do I reset my Enviropacific PC & Microsoft Password?
Before changing your password please ensure it meets the below criteria:
- You cannot reuse the same password until you have used 24 unique passwords.
- Your password must contain at least 8 characters but needs to meet the below criteria:
- Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
- Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
FYI: The password maximum age is set to 90 days. You will get daily email notifications from the 80th day to reset your password
How to change your password in the office
- Press ALT CTRL and Delete on your keyboard.
- Select “Change a Password”.
- Enter your current password in the first box.
- Enter the new password in the second box.
- Confirm the new password in the third box and click OK.
How to change your password remotely
- Connect to Open VPN.
- Press ALT CTRL and Delete on your keyboard.
- Select “Change a Password”.
- Enter your current password in the first box.
- Enter the new password in the second box.
- Confirm the new password in the third box and click OK.
- Now lock your computer by pressing the Windows key (The key between alt and ctrl) and L.
- Log back in using your new password.
